Sunshine

It happened today,we had Sunshine.
First time all week,we really got to see the sun..
It felt so warm on my fur..
I layed in my little bed in front of the window and had a
really good nap..
I just love sunshine..
Mom say's I would really love Las Vegas,as the sun shine's all the time..
The Weatherman said more sun for the week coming up..
Oh I can't wait..
I gotta get my shade's out and my hat,and lay out and get some really
good sun rays..
Too bad mom has to work tomorrow,we could go for a walk on the beach..
Might just be a cute little girly furbabie there..
Might get something started..
Ya just never know..
Ok,that's about all for tonight.
Have to go find where mom put my shade's and hat.
You know how mom's are..
They put things up,and never remember where they put them.
So then you have to dig thru things and try and find them...

Not Much Going On Today

Not much to write about today...
Got mom up for work like I alway do..
She kissed me good-bye and left..
I napped off and on all day..
Watched a few snow flake's fall..
Listen to Figaro purr for awhile..
Then mom finally came home..
She was late,and I worry when she doesn't
get home on time..
She had to get gas in her car..
We had our dinner,and played a little..
While mom was on the PC,we both heard this
noise that sounded like fire works going off..
Silly us,it was hail hitting the roof..
We didn't have hardly any snow here.,but in Bellingham
where my Auntie Jamie live's,the last mom heard there was
3 inches of the white stuff on the ground..
Gee,I wonder how much Auntie Barb and Uncle Duane and
Cuz Danny got at their house..
They kinda live up in the mountains...
Well,that's about it for tonight..

Springtime,Where?

Somewhere it's Springtime,but it sure isn't Washington..
We had a little snow yesterday,and then some rain..
Today when mom got up and looked out the door,she mumbled
something about a blizzard outside..
Yep,sure enough,it was snowing realllly hard.
I stayed in bed where it was warm while mom got ready for work..
It was really cold all day..
Mom said that the blizzard lasted for about three hours while she
was at work...
Then is rained again,and did most of the night..
Mom got a call from my Auntie Joanie tonight..
Boy can thoses two talk..Over three house..
I heard my cousin Nickie in the background,not sure what he was
saying,you know with mom and Auntie Joanie talking,I couldn't
hear him real well...
Mom fixed our dinner and we ate it the whole time she was on the
phone with Auntie Joanie..
I got a package in the mail today from my Grandma J in Indiana..
It's my very own car seat..
Really kool too..
Mom said she would put it together tomorrow after she gets home from work..
I'm so excited,I can't wait till tomorrow..
Well,mom says it's time for me to sign off for tonight,and get ready for bed..
It's been a realllly long day for mom..
She went into work early because her boss has been sick,and she wanted to let him
go home early..
He's a really nice man

A Day In My Life

Today was like any other Wed..
Got mom up early so she wouldn't be late for work like
I do everyday..
She left and went over to fee Moe,my Auntie Jessie's kitty..
Moe is very sad..
His brother Ottis went to the bridge last week and he really
misses him..
I went back to bed after mom left..
I slept off and on till mom got home..
Then I got hugs and kissess and tummy rubs..
Had my dinner and then played with mom a little,then,the
phone started ringing...
First my Auntie Jamie called,then my Sissy called,then my Auntie
Jamie called again,then my Auntie Jessie called from Canada,then
Uncle Daren called,then my Grandma J called..
We can go day's without the phone rining,and then all of a sudden
everyone call's..
Mom is getting ready to settle down to watch a little TV and then go to bed..
I hope everyone has a really good nights sleep...

Who Called,Where I Went,and Who Came To Visit

Did I have a busy day today..
First my Grandma J called realllly early this morning..
Silly Grandma,she thought we were a head of her time zone..
She live's in Indiana,we live in Washington....
So anyway,me and mom talked to her for over an hour..
It's always so nice to talk to Grandma J...
Then,me and mom went and checked the mail at the office,then we went to the little
Post Office and mailed off a package to my Auntie Pat,and got some stamps,and visited
with my Auntie Connie for a little while..
And we had to go to the store to get carrots for the chicken soup mom made for dinner..
When we got back home,my Auntie Debbie called..
Then my Uncle Peter came over to visit and helped mom scan a picture for my Auntie Irene..
I'm really one tucked out pupster tonight..
I didn't have time to take my afternoon snooze..
Mom goe's back to work tomorrow,so I will have lot's of time to take a nap..
Well,CSI is on and me and mom never miss it,so I will say good night.

Home Alone Again

Well,I got left home all alone again today..
It's mom's day off and she's not to leave me home
alone on them days..
Not fair I tell you,just not fair at all..
I didn't get to see my cousin's the Kee's today either..
Something about Auntie Jamie having to work and not
going for lobster dinner..
I was so looking forward to seeing Xuxa and Kiwi..
It's been forever..New Year's Day sense I've seen them..
But mom promised me,that the next time she goes in to town,
that I get to go and go play with my cousins the Kee's..
Mom did get a really nice frame for the picture she made of yours truly..
And she hung it up too..
I'm in the front room right under the other three picture of me..
And right across from my Sissy and Cousin Shayne,
and a couple picture's of my cousin Brett,my Auntie Goldie's little
furbabie.
Mom's getting really good with her camera and printer..
She will have the entire house full of picture if I don't watch her..
But I guess that's ok,as long as the picture's are of meeee...
Ok,mom is saying something about a treat,so I better go..
I get beef jerky treat a couple of time's a week and I don't want to
miss out tonight..
I really love my silver dollar jerky treats...Yummy

Mom's Learning

Mom did it,she finally figured out how to add my picture to my blog..
She was playing around with things and the picture finally showed up..
But she really has to thank my Cousin Mary Margaret and Auntie Michele..
They told her how to do it..
Today was a really bad day for the weather..
It rained all day,then the sun came out,then it rained again.
And just before Mom got off work,it rained so hard that I didn't know if
she was going to be able to get home or not..
You couldn't see pasts your paws it was coming down so hard..
Mom was a few minute's late...
And I can tell you,I was standing at the door pacing back and forth waiting for her..
I was ever so glad to see her car pull into the driveway..
Mom told me that she met another Yorkie today named Teddy..
Teddy's daddy has to go out of town next month and he might get to come and stay
with me and mom...
But first we have to see if we like each other..
Mom say's he's a real nice little boy..
Maybe we could become best bud's and all..
I'll let you know when I meet him..
Time for me to get ready for bed,I have a really big day tomorrow..
Me and mom are going to my Auntie Jamie's house..
I get to go play with my cousin's the Kee's..
Xuxa and Kiwi..
So I need to rest up..

Sat.At My House

Hi everyone..
I have to tell you all that I was so excited last night,
I could hardly sleep a wink..
I just love having my very own blog..
My Grandma J and Grandma Kathy both left
me message's telling me how proud they are
of me for having one..
I got my mom up at 4:00 am this morning cause I
wanted to post im my blog..
Silly mom,she wanted to sleep,mumbled something
about having to go to work later today...
Tomorrow is Easter Sunday,and me and mom want to

My First Post

Hello,My name is Shadow Dancer.
I'm a Yorkie and I live in the State
of Washington with my mom and
Figaro the cat.
I am a rescue my mom got in Aug.
of 2007.
Life before my mom got me wasn't
too good..
But now,I have the best life ever..
This is the first time I have ever had
a blog,so not sure just how it's going
to work..
